Protecting the right to privacy and, in particular, the right to the protection of personal data is one of the fundamental principles of Funecon.

What personal data do we process?
We process all personal data collected through documents, recorded telephone conversations, or your use of our website—before, during, and after the execution of a contract or service—necessary for evaluating, issuing, developing, and executing our contractual relationship.
For the purposes of this policy, “client” includes any person who requests a product, service, or information; makes a declaration; enters into a contract; is a deceased individual; or is a relative or legal heir who establishes a contractual or service relationship with Funecon.
When you request a quote, a profile/user account will be created to facilitate the requested information. You will receive this by email, along with a separate email allowing you to delete your profile/user account.
If the personal data is provided by someone other than the data subject, that person must inform the data subject in advance and, where necessary, obtain their consent.
Categories of personal data processed
The categories of personal data generally processed include identification details of the declarant and the deceased, as well as any other information necessary for the execution of the contract.
For contact forms, we will process the data necessary to respond to your request, after providing you with this Privacy Policy.
Purposes of processing personal data
1. Main purpose
To issue, develop, and execute the contract or service entered into with MEMORARE 39, S.L., either directly or through partners, and to comply with all applicable legal obligations.
2. Other purposes
To conduct statistical, quality, and technical studies, including satisfaction surveys, market analysis, and service quality evaluations.
To manage queries, suggestions, complaints, and CVs received through contact forms, email, telephone, or social media.
